Today I went to Kroger @ KROGER TEXAS L.P., 4142 CEDAR SPRINGS
I should have known better, because this machine is located as far away from the
I had to get someone over to help me. But, the lady who helped me advised me that they have lost the key the Kiosk. So, I asked her what I was suppose to do, I have a $100 ticket in the machine, with one draw left, and $8.00 of wins that I’ve not collected.
She was sorry, but they couldn’t get into the machine.
Again, I was not pleased and ask her what I was supposed to do now? I couldn’t just leave a winning ticket in the Kiosk could I?
She goes on to explained that they think an employee that would not be back until Monday, may have taken the key home with them. “She would be back on Monday?” She offered to shut the machine. Well no one is going to be able to use the machine whether she turns it off or not, but I still was at a loss as to how Kroger was going to get my ticket?
She then takes my name and number and they will call me when they get the machine opened. Oh, really? If that ticket wins the Jack Pot on Tuesday, do you think they will really call me?
So, I’m mailing this letter to you with an attached complaint form, but I’m also e-mailing this letter to you, because I want you to have this letter and a copy of my Mega Millions Ticket that Kroger still has in their Kiosk.
And for the live of me, I don’t know who is going to give me my $8.00 that I have won so far on the ticket.

This belongs to my Mega Millions Lottery Pool – Game 35. That group has 59 Members. While I’m e-mailing you, they will copied on to the e-mail, because the more witnesses I have the more protected I feel.
Since this ticket is part one of my Pools, I scan all tickets and e-mail them to my members. So, it was easy to identify which ticket your Kiosk ate.
I do hope that after you read this e-mail, on Monday, you are on the phone to Kroger. If they don’t know who this ticket belongs to, you do!
I’m attaching this letter to my complaint form and it’s being mailed tomorrow.
Sincerely,
Michael E. Porter
