Welcome to the 38^th Edition of Mega Millions Lottery Pool.

Several things I need to tell you. One, Game 37 is still playing, they continue to win, and I continue to extend their game. They don’t have as many tickets as you do, but as you all know, you only need once ticket to win.

Two, you are playing in a Baby Lottery Pool. I mean to say someone in New York won the $75 Million, so we are starting this game at the bottom -- $12 Million.

And I will only apologize for that once, because I have no control over who wins or when it’s won.

But, I would like for this Jack Pot to roll until at least the Jack Pot’s Cash Option is $48 Million. The reason is simple: Our tickets total $480.00. Each Share was priced at $10.00 per share, so for all my members who paid me $10.00, they would get $1,000,000.00.

Now believe it or not, I only lost three people from Game 37. All but three people are playing with me in Game 38. So I have to say good-bye to: Marilyn A. Russell, Michael A. Cole, and Theressa D. McCoy. These three tend to pay me the last possible day you can pay, and sometimes things happened. Like I changed my schedule or am sick and don’t make it in to work. Sometimes they change their schedules or they are sick, most of the time, they just leave work and forget to come and see me. Then I always have to hear their story and they beg me to let them in the pool.

And of course, once a game starts I can’t admit new members. But, you could always pay for the next game.

Now I have 5 new members, and several rejoins. We have 46 people in this pool. Most purchased 1 share, several did 2 shares, I purchased 3.5, and we have several who purchased ½ share.

For those of you getting paper copies, your membership list is attached to this newsletter. For those of you getting e-mail, will it’s also attached as a Word Doc. If you can’t open Word, it is also available on line (see top of newsletter).

I took your $480.00 and purchased 24 lines. All lines were Megaplied, so each line cost $20.00.

With the Jack Pot so low it made sense for me to Megaply, so each time we win, we will get 2, 3 or 4 times our winnings. And with games this large, we will have some wins.

Most likely I will not spend your wins until later in the game, when the Jack Pot is higher. Now, Mega Million is NOT like Power Ball. Power Ball goes from $15 Million to $100 Million in 1 month. Mega moves a little slower.

Your tickets are valid from Tuesday November 6^th, 2007 until the last drawing on Friday December 6^th, 2007. I would like to tell you that your game would end after that date, but I feel that it won’t. Most likely you will have some wins, where I could extend this game. And as long as the Jack Pot is low, then I will hold on to our wins.

We have people playing with us from California, Arkansas, Ohio, Georgia, and Virginia. In Texas I have people all over the state. I had two people from Austin, but Tambra told me her husband got a job in Dallas (that is where I live) and she would be moving. (She paid up her dues for several games, so she would not forget.)

One of my new members is from Houston, and her name is Marcia Rowe. I wrote her about joining her pool ages ago. She wrote back and told me she had no openings, but would let me know when she did. Ms. Rowe kept her promise and called and e-mailed me about an opening in her game.

I send her off a money order that same day. I was just starting a game myself, but she wanted to wait. I didn’t blame her, because I was at my wits end with that game. We had won so much money, and I had people asking me about cashing out, so they could have lunch money!

Now I brought up Marcia for a reason. In one of my e-mails I was complaining that everyone had won all the Jack Pots, Power Ball had been won, Mega Millions had been won, Lotto Texas had been won, Florida Lotto was won, and even California’s Super Lotto Plus had been won, and I was faced with doing 8 newsletters telling all my members we were NOT the winners. I made the comment that all we were playing for was a baby lottery.

Marcia wrote back and said, “A Baby Lottery is better than No Lottery at all.”

I have always remembered that.

I should tell you all that this is NOT an investment club, it’s a lottery pool. Anything we win goes back into the pot for more tickets and a longer time to play.

We are playing for the Jack Pot!

Speaking of Jack Pot, here is who much you could win, if we have the winning ticket for Tuesday November 6^th, 2007

The Jack Pot is worth $12 Million. The Cash Option is $7,200,000.00. We had 48 shares issued in this game. This is what you could win before any attorney fee’s, taxes or tithes:

If you’re a praying person, and it does not conflict with your beliefs to pray for Lottery Pools, please put this pool in your prayers. I’ve been doing this for over 3 years, and I’m tired. I would love to die and go to heaven knowing that I had been successful with at least one thing in my life.

And while you’re on your knees, ask God to let this Jack Pot roll until we see a Cash Option of $48 Million, then anytime after that is okay with me, for us to win.

Now I need to share bad news with you. I took today off from work, because our computer was not working. The printer wasn’t scanning. And I didn’t want to wait until Monday (when I was going to be off) because I like to watch Dancing with the Stars. And this thing was going to be a all day event. Its 7:47 now and I’ve been at this since 10 a.m.

I finally got the Internet to work somewhat, but the printer wouldn’t scan. I had to install the printer and then reinstalled the software. Well, I can now scan from the Printer itself, but now the computer, which means I was unable to edit any of my scans.

Normally I scan our tickets, then I crop them down to size, then I rename them, then finally I move them to the correct folder. I can do all of that now, except cropping, when means these tickets are tiny, compare to what I’m use to. But you should have your tickets with this e-mail.

Mac Almond does spreadsheets for this group, so after Tuesday sometime, you may get an e-mail from him. I suggest you open and see if we have won anything. Because, I don’t know for sure when I can e-mail you again, it will depend on when Charley gets someone over to look at what’s wrong with this computer.

Now since this is my largest club and many of you belong to one of more of my other clubs, I don’t know when I can get out another newsletter, so I will be behind for awhile.

In addition, I Barbara Sykes is still going to Louisiana this weekend, so I am getting letters and tickets ready for her. She will be redeeming Die Hard, Louisiana Power Ball Lottery Pool Two, and she will be getting tickets for Louisiana Power Ball Lottery Pool Three. I know I have some wins on my own tickets, so I need to those with her, too and I really need to check J & M’s Lottery Pool, because they have a bunch of Power Ball tickets and I’ve always late with their newsletters.

So now that this game is released, I my next priority is launching Louisiana Power Ball Three.
