I’m sorry but you won $8.00 in last night’s drawing. All morning long I have answered e-mails concerning when this game will end, can I still cash out, and how long will I be playing.
I will answer all of those questions.

Now this is a Lottery Pool, and you have a lot of tickets, this means you may incur lots of wins. I’m sorry, I can’t control the lottery. If I could, I would have just selected the winning numbers and played by myself, won the Jack Pot, and none of you would have ever known me.
I need to explain something to you. I have 59 members playing with me in this Pool. There are 10 of you who never paid a dime to be in this game, you are playing for free! That is a blessing, please understand that, I’m not taking any money from you, I’m working so you can win the Jack Pot.
Now this game is separated from Game 36.
If you did NOT pay for Game 36, you’re NOT in Game 36.
You are not getting any updates on Game 36, if you did not pay to be Game 36. All of their tickets are straight lottery picks. Yes, I did hand select their numbers, but that doesn’t guarantee they will win more, or they have the winning ticket.
Everyone one of you knew before hand when Game 36 was going to take place. And I know you were banking on us winning a lot so I could Cash Out and move you to the next game. But, I never know if that can take place until the last drawing.
Here again, you were NOT cheated. You have your $800 plus tickets in this game. I didn’t keep any of the wins; you can look at your tickets and see that I spend every dime of your money in this pot.
In fact, if anyone got cheated it was me. Remember you $600 win, I didn’t ask for your social security number and make you pay income tax on it. Do you realize that a $600.00 win translate to $5.00 a share. If I hire an attorney to process our $600.00 claim, we would have owed money on a $600.00 win!
Now I can not just “stop” the pool. I have 59 members in this pool. 52 two of them are happy that we are winning, 52 of them know how long I’ve been doing this, they know why I’m doing this, and they are happy with me being their Lottery Host.
The last issue of Cash Out could not be done, because I had one member who was “confused.” For the life of me, I don’t know where any confusion would lie. We have a pot of with 120 shares issued into it.
A 50% Cash Out would mean, I would have removed $600 and either gives you back ½ of your share, or moved ½ of your share into Game 36. This was my prefer method.
I was talked out of it, because of fears of lawsuits if Game 36. Someone who had cash his or her check, would all of sudden think they desire money from Game 36. So to protect my members in Game 36 – NO Cash Out was done.
Please understand, even if I had done a 50% Cash Out, this group won have been left with $284.00 in Cash, and that cash would have been spend in tickets. Either way, you were going to get tickets.
I had a member who felt I should give me 75% of his money. This would have left me with factures to play in this game. I need at least $1.00 to spend to buy a ticket.
No one won the Jack Pot last night, so it rose to $122,000,000.00. That is only for annuity based payments. (People who take 26 payments rather than one lump sum.)
We purchased Cash Option tickets. All the pools I run now are Cash Option. That figure is worth $70,400,000.00.
We have 120 shares issued in this game. We should be dividing the Cash Option Sum, by 120 to get the per share ratio.

It’s too late to get into Mega Millions Lottery Pool – Game 36. They are playing right long with you.
Important Note
I will make my last apology to this group. I’m sorry if you are stuck in a winning Lottery Pool and you didn’t know what you were getting into. I will do everything in my power to minimize the pain I’m causing you.
If the e-mails are bothering you, then just tell me, I will remove your name from my distribution list. I don’t want to do this, because as a member of this pool, you are entitled to some things. Two of those things are having copies of your tickets and knowing how much you won, and when you won it. That is what these newsletters are about.
It occur to me today that there is at least one of you who didn’t realized that playing in a Lottery Pool, is gambling. This conflicts with your religious beliefs. This is okay, I understand, it was a mistake, and all I done is lengthen your time in this pool.
But, please rest assured that if we do win the Jack Pot, NO ONE will know you’re playing with me. We will be establishing a trust fund. Only the name of the trust fund will be publishing in the papers. By law the lottery officials have to publish the name of the winners. The winner will be our Trust Fund, no individuals will be named.
All you need to do is e-mail me and tell me so, or come over to my desk and we will talk. There are many many options. You will not be required to take your winnings. In fact, if you do decide to opt out any shares in the pool, we will select a charity for your funds to go into, and I will even refund you the money you paid to be in this group.
I need for you to understand that you are not the only one playing; there are 59 members in this pool. I have to spend their money wisely and try to get them a Jack Pot win. That is what the whole deal is about.
So as long as the Jack Pot goes up, I will be buying more tickets for this group. IF the Jack is won, and goes back to $12 Million, then yes, I would start saving our money. Maybe then I could do anything Cash Out.
You must know that Majority of people playing DO NOT want their money back, they want me as their host, to buy the winning number.
Last but not least, if I have not answered any of your questions, you are feel to e-mail anyone on this group. It is a real possibility that we have a miscommunication.

Because these people are of one mind, they would like to see me win the Jack Pot.

You’re a megaplied game. Even if we get the Mega Ball, but only get 4 of the 5 numbers, then we win $250,000.00. If the Megaplier is 4, then we get $1,000,000.00. If you divide that by 120 you would get $8,333.33 on a $10.00. The only thing you could lose is your original $10.00. But that is the nature of this beast; it’s a Lottery that we are playing.
